Natural alabaster with brass or black metal accents

A wall sconce carved from authentic alabaster with a slender elongated shade that emits a warm, diffused glow. Install it beside a bed, above a console, or on either side of a mirror for soft ambient lighting in bedrooms, living rooms, and entryways.

Authentic natural alabaster

Hand-carved from natural alabaster. Each shade is translucent with unique veining; no two pieces are identical.

Two sizes, brass or black

Short 13.8″ high or Tall 19.7″ high. Choose brass (warm yellow) or black metal accents. Projects 3.1″ from the wall.

Line-voltage G4 base

Uses 2 × G4 AC 120V bulbs (US/Canada). LED or halogen. Bulbs sold separately. Do not use 12V low-voltage G4 bulbs.

Questions

What is the shade made of?

Authentic natural alabaster. It is naturally translucent and diffuses light softly. Each shade has its own veining pattern and color variation.

Can this sconce be dimmed?

It works with a standard wall switch. A dimmer is available as a made-to-order option—contact support@vakkerlight.com to request it.

Which direction does the light point?

Light radiates through the alabaster shade in all directions, casting a soft glow upward, downward, and to the sides. It works well above a nightstand, beside a mirror, or above a low console.

What do I need for installation?

An electrician must hardwire it to an existing wall junction box. The fixture projects 3.1″ from the wall and requires standard AC power. Wall preparation and outlet removal are the electrician's responsibility.

What about power and shipping to the United States?

US customers must use only AC 120V G4 bulbs—12V low-voltage G4 bulbs are not compatible. All orders to the 50 US states ship free.
