A vertical wall sconce composed of an oval, track-shaped brass support plate holding a hand-cut Spanish alabaster cylindrical shade. The cylinder rises from a slim cylindrical housing, glowing from within when lit and revealing the stone's natural veining.

Where does the alabaster come from? +
All Radilum alabaster comes from Spain — specifically the Aragon region, which has supplied the world’s most prized translucent alabaster since the 16th century. Each cylinder is hand-cut from a solid block.
Which size is right for my space? +
The 1-head (36 cm high) is the most versatile — flanking a bathroom vanity, beside the bed, in hallways, and on either side of mirrors. The 2-stacked-head version (56.5 cm high) is for taller walls or where you want a more architectural vertical statement — it works particularly well flanking large mirrors or tall headboards in primary bedrooms.
Why is the lead time 25 days? +
Each alabaster cylinder is hand-cut from a solid block of natural Spanish stone after the order is placed — we do not pre-stock cut pieces because each block produces different veining patterns, and we want to provide you with the best available stone when you order. The 25-day production time covers cutting, finishing, and quality inspection.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo? +
No — each cylinder is hand-cut from natural stone, so the veining pattern, color intensity, and grain direction vary between pieces. Yours will share the same overall character as the photographs, but the specific markings will be unique.
What type of bulb does it use? +
Each head uses a standard E26 bulb (North America) or E27 bulb (EU/UK/AU), up to 25W. We recommend a warm white LED bulb (3000K) for the most flattering light through the alabaster — higher wattages may over-illuminate and flatten the veining.
Can I order it as a pair? +
Yes — it works beautifully as a pair flanking a bathroom vanity, bed, or entryway. Simply order two units in the same finish. For a closer stone match between a pair, leave a note at checkout and we’ll select coordinating pieces.
Can I install it in a bathroom? +
Yes — well suited to bathroom walls, particularly flanking a bathroom vanity mirror. Since alabaster is naturally porous, install it away from direct shower spray or concentrated steam. Standard ventilation and normal bathroom humidity are not a problem.
