2. What if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@ateasehomelife.com within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear pictures of the damage. Broken glass, or dented shades or frames are not considered defective items and cannot be returned.
In such cases, we will provide a new replacement for glass or shades at no additional charge. If you do not accept the exchange and want to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. Please arrange the return shipment, and you will bear the shipping costs. Once confirmed by us, you will receive a refund (excluding express shipping charges).
3. What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@ateasehomelife.com within 7 days of delivery and attach clear pictures of the item and its packaging. We will process your claim and contact you about the exchange or return as soon as possible.
