Every travertine pattern is unique. This is a pendant lamp made from genuine natural stone, so the veining pattern, porosity, and tonal gradient of your piece will not exactly match the catalog photos. The shape, dimensions, and warm cream color will match — but the surface character is unique. We see this as the product's signature, not a defect.
The dimmer driver location is important. The TRIAC dimmer driver for this lamp must be installed outside the ceiling canopy — typically inside the ceiling or wall cavity — not enclosed within the canopy itself. Please share this requirement with your electrician before installation.

Installation
- Hardwired ceiling installation—an authorized electrician is recommended.
- All mounting hardware and a 150 cm / 59″ suspension cable are included. The cable length is adjustable on site.
- Critical: the TRIAC dimmer driver must be positioned outside the canopy—typically inside the ceiling cavity. Do not enclose the driver inside the canopy housing, as this will affect dimming performance and heat dissipation.
- For breakfast bars and kitchen islands, hang 75–90 cm (30–36″) above the countertop.
- For dining tables, hang 75–85 cm (30–34″) above the tabletop for the best balance between light and clearance.
- Handle the stone carefully during installation—although natural travertine is solid, it may chip if struck against a hard edge.
FAQ
Is it real travertine or a stone-look composite? +
It is genuine natural travertine—quarried, cut, and finished from real stone. This means the surface features authentic natural pores (small cavities characteristic of travertine), unique veining patterns, and subtle tonal gradients. It is not a printed or cast composite.
Will my piece look like the photos? +
The shape, dimensions, and overall warm beige color will match exactly. The surface pattern—the direction of the veining, pore density, and tonal gradient—will be unique to your piece, as each one is cut from a different section of stone. If you would like to request a particular pattern style (e.g., “more uniform” or “stronger veining”), please contact us before ordering—we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Why must the dimmer driver be outside the canopy? +
The TRIAC dimmer driver generates heat during operation. If enclosed inside the ceiling canopy with the lamp, the driver may overheat—causing flickering while dimming, premature failure, or, in extreme cases, making the canopy hot to the touch. Installing the driver in the ceiling cavity (or another ventilated space outside the canopy) ensures stable performance and a long driver lifespan.
Do I need to purchase a light bulb? +
No. The pendant light has an integrated LED—no bulb purchase, no replacement, no compatibility issues. The module is rated at ~18W with an output of 1260 lm (equivalent to approximately the brightness of a 100W incandescent bulb in a warm-white tone).
What if the LED stops working? +
The integrated LED is designed to last for many years of normal use. In the rare event of a failure, please contact us directly with your SKU and order details, and we will arrange replacement service. We do not recommend DIY repairs—accessing the LED requires careful handling of the natural stone body.
Is the light dimmable? +
Yes—the travertine pendant light works with TRIAC-compatible wall dimmers (e.g. Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora). Important: the dimmer driver must be positioned outside the canopy for proper operation. Please confirm this with your electrician before installation.
Which size should I choose? +
As a general guide: 1 Head (∅ 20 cm) is suitable for bedside tables, hallways, or as a small accent. 2 Heads (L 55 cm)—perfect above breakfast bars, vanities, or small dining tables for 2–4 people. 3 Heads (L 100 cm)—the statement size, ideal for kitchen islands, long dining tables (180 cm+) or open-plan spaces.
How do I clean the travertine? +
Turn off the power and allow the light to cool. Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster. For a deeper clean, wipe with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap—avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, lemon, citrus-based products) that etch natural stone. Do not use abrasive sponges. The stone’s natural porosity retains dust over time, which is part of the material’s character.
What if the stone arrives chipped or broken? +
Natural stone is carefully packaged but may occasionally be damaged during transit. If your pendant light arrives chipped or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos—we will promptly arrange a replacement. Do not install a damaged piece.
