Due to the specific structural requirements of the horizontal swing arm and its balancing mechanism, this fixture is NOT compatible with sloped, angled, or vaulted ceilings. It must be installed on a flat, horizontal ceiling surface to balance and operate correctly.

Can this fixture be installed on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
No. Due to the swing arm's kinetic physics and the precise balance required for the counterweight, the Lola Pendant Lamp must be installed on a perfectly flat, horizontal ceiling. Sloped, angled, or vaulted ceilings will prevent proper balance and operation.
Which size should I choose for my dining table?
Small (Ø 11.8″ / 30 cm) is suitable for intimate tables seating 2–4 or breakfast nooks; Medium (Ø 15.7″ / 40 cm) suits tables for 4–6 people; Large (Ø 19.6″ / 50 cm) is ideal for tables seating 6+ or spacious dining rooms. Leave 30–36″ of clearance above the table for optimal visibility.
How do I know which dimming option to choose?
If you have a standard on/off wall switch, choose Warm Light. If you have an existing wall dimmer (such as a Lutron or Triac dimmer), choose Triac Dimmable. If you prefer to adjust both brightness and color temperature by remote control without special wall wiring, choose Stepless Dimming.
Is the suspension cable length adjustable?
Yes. The pendant lamp comes with a standard 39.4″ (100 cm) suspension cable. Your electrician can shorten it during installation to achieve the desired drop height. If you need a longer drop for high ceilings, contact our support team before placing your order.
