The Tense Tyvek Pendant Lamp practically disappears against a ceiling — a thin DuPont paper disc stretched over a fiberglass frame, diffusing the integrated LED into clean, even illumination that feels larger than the lamp itself. The form is resolved in the way only restraint can achieve: nothing added, nothing superfluous.
A room with a Tense lamp above feels different. The ceiling appears higher. The light feels calmer. The lamp quietly becomes the reason the room works.

📄 DuPont Tyvek paper Tyvek is the same material used in architectural cladding — remarkably strong for its weight, tear-resistant, and translucent enough to diffuse light evenly across its entire surface.
☁️ Cloud-like presence The ultra-low profile — 12 to 18 cm in height depending on the size — means the lamp sits close to the ceiling and reads as a luminous disc rather than a suspended object. It floats. The room below opens up.
💡 Even diffusion The integrated LED distributes its output evenly across the Tyvek surface — no hot spots, no edge shadows. The light reaching the room is smooth, calm, and consistent, regardless of the size selected.
📐 Ready for sloped ceilings Compatible with angled ceilings up to 30° — the hardware keeps the disc level regardless of what’s above it. Available in three single sizes and two cluster configurations.

📋 About the lamp: The lamp is made from DuPont Tyvek paper — a lightweight, durable technical material, not standard paper. It is designed to remain stable with heat and long-term use.
✉️ Shipping creases: The Tyvek lamp may arrive with slight crease lines due to packaging. These are temporary — they naturally disappear once the lamp is installed and in regular use as the material relaxes from the LED's heat.
⚠️ Dimmer: The integrated LED does not support dimming. Do not pair it with a dimmer switch — this will not reduce the brightness and could cause flickering or damage.
