All Radilum alabaster comes from Spain — specifically from the region of Aragon, which has supplied the world's finest translucent alabaster since the 16th century. Each fluted piece is hand-carved from a solid block.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo? +
No — each fluted piece is hand-carved from natural stone, so the pattern and veining, color intensity, and grain direction vary from piece to piece. Yours will have the same overall character as the photographs, but the specific markings will be unique.
What type of bulb does it require? +
Una lampadina E12 (America del Nord) o E14 (UE/Regno Unito/AU) con candelabra base up to 25W. We recommend a warm white LED bulb (3000K) for the best luminous effect through the alabaster — higher wattages may high levels can overlight and flatten the veining.
Can I order it as a pair? +
Yes — it works beautifully in pairs flanking a bed, mirror, or an entrance. Simply order two units. Because natural stones vary from piece to piece, a pair will share the same overall character but will not be perfectly paired — for a more precise pairing, leave a note at checkout.
Can I install it in a bathroom? +
Yes — well suited for bathroom walls, particularly flanking a mirror from vanity areas. Because alabaster is naturally porous, install it away from splashes direct shower spray or high concentrations of steam. Standard ventilation and humidity normal bathroom use is not a problem.
