A compact vintage wall sconce made from solid brass — a round plate hand-turned with an integrated swivel pivot, holding a cylindrical brass shade turned close to the wall. The shade hangs at a slight downward angle from the pivot, casting light onto the wall and floor below.
The compact 12.5 cm (4.9") backplate keeps the dimensions of the reduced lamp body — designed for narrow walls, tight hallways, or anywhere a vintage workshop character is needed without the projection of a gooseneck arm. Hand-aged antique brass with turned details on the shade and backplate.

What is the difference between this and the Addison version? +
Both lights share the same aesthetic of a turned antique brass shade and backplate. The Timarron (this listing) has a compact direct-mount profile — the shade sits close to the wall without a gooseneck arm. The Addison version adds a curved gooseneck arm with two adjustable pivot points, projecting the shade 14" from the wall, allowing you to direct the light upward, downward, or toward the artwork. How far does it project from the wall? +
The lamp's total height is 24.5 cm (9.6") and its projection from the wall is minimal compared with a gooseneck wall light — the shade hangs directly from the swivel pivot on the backplate. This makes it ideal for narrow hallways, cramped stair landings, or walls where you cannot accommodate the projection of a wall light with an extended arm.
Which bulb does it use? +
A bulb with an E12 candelabra base (North America) or E14 (EU/UK/AU) up to 25W. Since the shade is open at the bottom, the bulb is partially visible — vintage Edison-style E12/E14 filament bulbs work particularly well, as do simple LED candelabra globes. Choose warm light (2700–3000K) for a more period-appropriate that complements the antique brass. Bulb not included.
Can I order it as a pair? +
Yes — this wall light works beautifully in pairs on either side of a door, mirror, or piece of art. Simply order two units. For consistent matching finishes on larger orders, contact us first — antique brass finishes may vary slightly between production batches.
Is it dimmable? +
The lamp itself is not dimmable, but becomes fully dimmable when paired with a dimmable LED candelabra bulb and a standard TRIAC wall dimmer (both sold separately). Edison filament bulbs become especially atmospheric when dimmed — the warmth the filament transforms into a more amber, candle-like color.
