Installation
- Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended, especially for the 6- and 8-head configurations.
- Fits a standard round junction box. All mounting hardware is included.
- The cable length is adjustable — your electrician can cut the cable to the exact length you need. The default length is 150 cm / 59″.
- Recommended minimum ceiling height: 2.7 m (9 ft) for 3/5/6-head configurations; 3.0 m (10 ft) for the 8-head configuration. Above dining tables, maintain 75–90 cm between the tabletop and the bottom of the product.
- Suitable for dry and damp indoor environments. Not rated for wet areas, showers, or outdoor use.
FAQ
Which bulbs do you recommend? +
E26 (North America) or E27 (EU/UK) medium-base LED bulbs in warm white (2700K), 6–8W each (≈60W incandescent equivalent). Opal or frosted globe bulbs pair perfectly with the glass lamps; clear filament bulbs create a more vintage, sculptural look.
Which configuration should I choose? +
The 3- and 5-head configurations share the same 60 cm diameter — choose the 5-head configuration for greater light output in the same area. The 6-head configuration (72 cm) is suitable for medium-sized dining rooms and living rooms. The 8-head configuration (82 cm) is a statement piece for larger open spaces, long dining tables, or double-height entryways.
Can I shorten the suspension cable? +
Yes. The 150 cm / 59″ cable can be cut and terminated by your electrician during installation to suit your ceiling height. Unlike chain-hung lamps, the cable is continuous — cutting it is a standard step when wiring a hardwired product.
Is the product dimmable? +
The product itself is compatible with dimming. Pair dimmable E26/E27 LED bulbs with a compatible TRIAC dimmer switch (e.g., Lutron, Leviton Decora). Standard non-dimmable bulbs will operate only at full brightness.
Can I install it on a sloped ceiling? +
Yes — because the product hangs from a flexible cable, it naturally aligns vertically regardless of the ceiling angle. Make sure the junction box and canopy are properly rated and oriented for the slope.
How do I clean the chrome, acrylic, and glass? +
Iron: clean with a soft microfiber cloth; use a slightly damp cloth for fingerprints, then dry thoroughly. Acrylic disc: use only mild soapy water — avoid solvents, alcohol, and abrasives, which can damage or dull the surface. Glass lamps: once cool, clean with a lint-free cloth; remove if necessary for a deeper clean.
