If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@ateasehomelife.com within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear pictures of the damage. Broken glass, or dented shades or frames are not considered defective and cannot be returned.
In such cases, we will provide a replacement for glass or shades at no extra charge. If you do not accept the exchange and want to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. Please arrange the return shipment; shipping costs are your responsibility. Once confirmed by us, you will receive a refund (excluding express shipping charges).
