Will the pleating and beaded trim look exactly like in the photo?

Very close — but the shade is hand-pleated and the beaded trim is threaded individually, so slight variations in pleat depth, bead spacing, and the shape of the scalloped edge are normal and expected. Your Tallulah will share the overall character of the photo, but it is handcrafted and one of a kind.

Are the bulbs included? Which ones should I use?

No bulbs are included. The Tallulah requires 3 × E26 (US) / E27 (international) base bulbs, MAX 40W each. We recommend 2700K warm white LED bulbs (equivalent to 6–8W LED) — the warm tone works beautifully with the cream fabric shade and walnut frame, giving you the coziest glow possible.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, with the right bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. Because the Tallulah is hardwired, pair it with a wall dimmer designed for LED loads and choose a dimmable LED bulb. Check your dimmer’s compatibility list for the best results.

Do I need an electrician to install it?

Yes — the Tallulah is hardwired directly to the ceiling junction box. We recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician. If you’re comfortable with basic wiring and your local code permits homeowner installation, the included instructions will guide you through every step.

Which size should I choose?

For most bedrooms, hallways, and entryways, the Standard (∅ 15.7″ / 40 cm) is the right choice — it fills the space without overwhelming it. For open dining rooms, larger living spaces, or anywhere you want the fixture to be a true focal point, opt for the Large (∅ 19.7″ / 50 cm). A general rule: the fixture’s diameter (in inches) should be approximately 1 inch for every foot of room width.
