    Cancellation policy before shipping

    At Sarando, we process and prepare orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Since our order fulfillment process begins shortly after the order is placed, we offer a limited time window for cancellation before the order enters processing.

    Cancellation Before Processing

    You can request to cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of completing the purchase.

    To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service:

    Please include:

    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Email address used for the purchase
    • Write “URGENT CANCELLATION” in the subject line

    Cancellation requests approved and sent within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund via the original payment method.

    Please note that cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order enters our fulfillment process.

    Orders Already Being Processed or Shipped

    After the 4-hour cancellation period has passed, your order may have already been processed, prepared, or sent to our order fulfillment partners.

    At this point, we may no longer be able to block, modify, or cancel the order before shipment.

    If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to block or modify the shipment while it is in transit.

    If your order has already been shipped or delivered and you wish to request a return or withdrawal, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the applicable procedure.

    Important:

    This cancellation period applies only before shipment and does not affect consumers’ legal rights that may apply after delivery.
