    30-Day Return Policy

    This return policy applies to orders placed by customers in Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
    At www.trendsbysarando.it, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

    Return Policy Details

    • Return period: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Item condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as opened or used products and gifts included with the product.
    • Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable and trackable service to ensure safe and timely delivery.

    How to Return an Item

    1. Send an email to info@trendsbysarando.it with the subject line: Return + Order Number. Include the reason for the return.
    2. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours. We will confirm the pickup location and time with you.
    3. Once confirmed, we will send you a shipping label. Please package the product carefully and in its original condition.
    4. Once the package is returned to our warehouse in the United Kingdom, we will inspect the condition of the product and restock it.
    5. Once all steps above are completed, we will initiate the refund process.
      You will receive your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

    Exchange Policy

    1. Shipping costs for product exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
    2. You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date of receipt.
    3. Send an email to info@trendsbysarando.it with the subject line: Exchange + Order Number. Include the reason for the exchange.
    4. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours. We will confirm the return pickup location, pickup time, and the desired replacement item.
    5. Once confirmed, we will send you a shipping label. Please package the product carefully in its original condition and attach the label to the package.
    6. Once the package is returned to our warehouse in the United Kingdom, we will inspect the product and restock it.
    7. Once all steps above are completed, we will send the replacement package.

    Damaged Products Policy

    If the package arrives damaged, refuse the delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If you notice damage after delivery, email us within 24 hours at info@trendsbysarando.it with photos of the damaged item and packaging to request assistance. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging, the order number, and a brief description of the issue. If the product arrives damaged or defective, Sarando IT will cover the return shipping costs. A replacement product will be sent to you at no additional shipping cost.
