How it works:

1. Press and hold the switch for 3 seconds to turn on the gloves. They will start in high-temperature mode (40-45℃), indicated by the flashing red LED.
2. After 5 minutes, the device will automatically switch to medium-temperature mode (35-40℃). You can skip this step by pressing the switch again.
3. Press again to switch to low-temperature mode (30-35℃), indicated by the blue LED.
4. Press again to return to high-temperature mode.
5. Press and hold the switch for 3 seconds to turn off the gloves.
