Optical Light Field Technology & Ergonomics
The Vivolux LED Reading Lamp uses an innovative flat-screen lighting method, specifically designed for even illumination of printed media. Unlike traditional clip-on lamps that produce focused light cones, this system emits a uniform light field across the entire page surface. This targeted photon distribution minimizes glare effects and ensures high-contrast text, significantly reducing eye strain during extended reading sessions.
Construction Features & Application Scope
- Diffuse LED Lighting: The integrated high-efficiency LEDs are arranged to direct light through a transparent acrylic barrier. This prevents scattered light and allows reading in dark environments without disturbing the surroundings with indirect light emissions.
- Material Quality: The casing is made of high-quality ABS polymer, impact-resistant. The flat design allows the lamp to be stored like a bookmark directly in the book after use.
- Self-Powered: The device operates on standard batteries, ensuring independent use from mains power during travel, in vehicles, or outdoors.
- Lightweight Design: With a length of 17 cm, the lamp is optimized for common book sizes (up to DIN A5) and offers comfortable handling without wrist fatigue thanks to its low weight.
