A six-light chandelier in a classic French country farmhouse vocabulary — a hand-carved solid wood column flanked by six gracefully curved iron arms, each fitted with a candle stem and bobeche cup. The contrast between the turned solid wood body and the delicate ironwork is the quiet strength of the design.
Each piece is hand-finished with a deliberately aged surface — pigment is rubbed into the carved recesses while raised areas appear lighter, mimicking decades of natural aging. Available in three aged finishes to suit different interior palettes.

Antique Wood

Each piece is hand-finished. The aged patina is applied by hand to the carved wood body, so the precise pattern of pigment and wear varies between units. Yours will be unique — this is intentional and part of its antique character, not a defect.

Is the column made of real wood? +
Yes — the central column is hand-carved from solid wood and hand-finished with an aged patina. The carving and wood grain are authentic. The arms are made of wrought iron with a hand-applied finish that complements the wooden column.
What type of bulb does it use? +
Each of the six arms uses one E12 (North America) or E14 (EU/UK/AU) candelabra bulb — the smaller socket size used in chandeliers and candle-shaped lamps, not the standard E26/E27. Up to 25W per socket. We recommend warm white (3000K) LED candelabra bulbs for the most period-appropriate light. Bulbs not included.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo? +
The silhouette and character of the finish will match the photographs, but because both the wood patina and iron finish are applied by hand, the exact color and wear pattern varies between units. Yours will be unique — intentional and part of the antique aesthetic.
Can the chain length be adjusted? +
The standard chain is 30 cm (12") and can be shortened during installation by removing links. For longer drops — vaulted ceilings, double-height rooms — please contact us before ordering to arrange a custom chain length.
