1. If I don’t like the item, can I return it and get my money back?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item for any item that is unused, in the original box, and in resalable condition (except for custom products, lamps, three identical items or more).

2. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged item, you can send an email within 48 hours of delivery to support@ateasehomelife.com and include clear photos of the damage. Broken glass or dented lampshades or frames are not considered defective items and cannot be returned.
In such a case, we will provide a new replacement of glass or shades at no extra cost. If you do not accept the exchange and want to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. You are responsible for arranging the return shipping and these shipping costs are at your expense. After our confirmation, you will receive a refund (excluding express shipping costs).
3. What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you have received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@ateasehomelife.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will process your claim and contact you as soon as possible about the exchange or return.
4. When will I receive the refund?
 Where is the refund returned? After receiving your return, we will send you an email within 2 days confirming the refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment account. PayPal processing time is 2-3 days.
