The Metropolitan Opera edition features a fluid silhouette inspired by the lavish central chandelier of the famous New York landmark. Handcrafted by skilled artisans according to time-honored traditions, it is available in clear, opal, and amber glass finishes — chic, contemporary, and undeniably opulent.

Glassmaking information: The nature of glass makes it inherently delicate. When holes are drilled into glass, slight irregularities or micro-cracks may appear along the edges — this is a natural characteristic of the material, not a quality defect. Our artisans take great care to minimize such occurrences, but slight variations are inherent to hand-worked glass and do not compromise the piece's structural integrity.

What are the differences between Models A, B, and C?

Model A (∅13″ × H17.7″) is the tallest and most dramatic — ideal as a single statement piece above a dining table or in an entryway. Model B (∅11.8″ × H11.8″) is a compact sphere, great in groups or above a kitchen island. Model C (∅11.8″ × H13.8″) is slightly elongated — a balance between the two. All three are available in the same glass finishes.

What glass finish options are available, and what do they look like?

Clear Glass offers a clean, modern look and lets most of the light through. Opal Glass softly diffuses the light for a warm, opalescent glow. Amber Glass creates a warm, golden atmosphere — especially beautiful in dining and living spaces.

What bulb do I need?

This pendant light uses a bulb with an E26 or E27 base (standard US base), max. 40W. We recommend a Warm White LED bulb for a richer glow through the glass.

Are irregularities along the glass edges a defect?

No — slight variations along the edges or micro-cracks near drilled holes are a natural characteristic of hand-worked glass, not a quality defect. Glass behaves unpredictably during cutting, and these imperfections do not compromise the lamp’s structural integrity or overall appearance. They are part of what makes each piece unique.

Does it work on sloped ceilings?

Yes — this pendant light is compatible with sloped ceilings up to 30°. No additional adapter is required for most installations within this range. For more extreme angles, contact us before ordering.

Can I use multiple pendant lights together?

Absolutely — the Neverending Glory collection is designed to look stunning in groups. Mixing Models B and C at different heights above a dining table or kitchen island is a popular approach. Each lamp requires its own electrical connection point.
