Zero is a flat-disc aluminum pendant lamp built around a precision acrylic lens that shapes the integrated LED output into a broad cone of uniform light — clean edges, uniform coverage, no hot spot at the center. The lens performs the optical work that conventional fixtures leave to shadow geometry or diffuser material; the result is a defined pool of light with consistent intensity across the entire surface.
At 8 cm high in the smaller size and just 10 cm in the larger, Zero sits close to the ceiling plane and appears as a pure disc from below. In white it blends into light-painted ceilings; in black it asserts itself as a deliberate graphic element. In both cases, the the fixture itself disappears — what remains is the quality of the light it produces.

White
Blends into white and light-painted ceilings — the fixture recedes and the cone of light becomes the only visible element. The cleaner, less assertive choice.
Black
Appears as a deliberate graphic disc against light-colored ceilings — the fixture itself becomes part of the composition. The more architecturally assertive choice.
The integrated LED is not replaceable. The LED is sealed inside the lens assembly and is not field-replaceable. Rated for over 30,000 hours of normal use — at 6 hours per day, approximately 13 years before significant lumen depreciation. Contact us if a service issue occurs outside this range.

FAQ
What does the lens optics actually do? + The precision acrylic lens refracts and redistributes the LED output into a wide, uniform a concentrated bright spot in the center that fades toward the edges. The Zero lens distributes the output evenly across the entire cone angle — light coverage remains consistent from the center to the edge without hotspots or uneven patches. This makes it particularly useful above work surfaces and dining tables where even illumination is important.
Which size is right for my space? +
The Small (∅ 37 cm) is suitable for compact surfaces — a two-person worktop, a bedside table, a single desk, or a small round dining table up to 90 cm. The Large (∅ 55 cm) covers a standard dining table for 4–6 people (120–160 cm long) or a kitchen island. For a long rectangular table, two Small pendant lights hung in a row, spaced 50–60 cm apart, can work well as an alternative to a Large.
White or Black — which should I choose? +
White is the most neutral option — on a white or light ceiling the fixture nearly disappears, leaving only the pool of light. Best when you want the lighting effect rather than the fixture being the focus. Black is a deliberate design choice — the dark disc reads clearly against a light ceiling and becomes a graphic element in the room, even when switched off. Choose black when the the fixture must be seen as well as used.
Is it dimmable? +
The standard version is not dimmable and will not work with dimmer switches for TRIAC. If dimming is necessary for your installation, contact us before ordering — a dimmable version with TRIAC compatibility is available as a custom build. Specifically your dimmer brand if possible so we can confirm compatibility.
