- Hardwired installation — we recommend hiring a licensed electrician if you are not comfortable with ceiling wiring.
- Gaskets are required when attaching the blades. Fit and secure the gaskets before tightening each blade — skipping this step could damage the motor's copper wiring and void the warranty.
- This fan is compatible only with the Vakkerlight Wireless Wall Switch. Standard wall switches are not compatible with this model's receiver.
- For indoor use only. Not suitable for bathrooms or any damp/wet location.
Can I use a regular wall switch with the Petalo fan?
No. The Petalo is not compatible with standard wall switches. For wall control, you must purchase the Vakkerlight Wireless Wall Switch separately from our website. The handheld remote is included with every order.
How quiet is the Petalo fan?
Very quiet. The pure copper DC motor operates with minimal noise — any sound you hear comes from the airflow, not the motor. DC motors are significantly quieter than standard AC fan motors.
Does the fan have a reverse function?
Yes. The variable-frequency DC motor supports both forward and reverse rotation. Use forward mode in summer for refreshing airflow and reverse mode in winter to gently recirculate warm air that collects near the ceiling.
What color temperatures does the LED offer?
Three options: Warm Light (3000K) — cozy and inviting; Neutral Light (4000K) — balanced and versatile; Cool Light (6000K) — bright and focused. Switch between them using the handheld remote.
What finish options are available?
Six body finishes: Wood, Colorful, Black, Green, White, and Gray. All versions feature a white acrylic shade.

What are the exact dimensions of the Petalo fan?+
The Petalo measures ∅35.4″ × H11″ (90 × 28 cm). A 39.4″ diameter option (∅39.4″ × H11″) is available from our warehouse in Asia. Both provide ~60W of power with 6 fan speeds.
Can I use a standard wall switch, or do I need a special one?+
Standard wall switches are not compatible. The Petalo requires our Vakkerlight Wireless Wall Switch (sold separately) for wall control. A handheld remote is included with every order.
Which finish should I choose: wooden or colorful blades?+
Wood pairs naturally with gray, green, or white bodies for warm, modern interiors. Colorful blades (available with gray, green, or white frames) suit lively, playful spaces. Both finishes coordinate with the same body colors.
