Travertine is a sedimentary stone formed over centuries — every cylinder displays its own pattern of pores, veining, and warm beige tones. No two pieces are identical. The walnut finish base and aged brass pivot add gentle contrast, anchoring the stone in a palette that pairs beautifully with linen textiles, oak floors, terracotta, and warm whites.

Every travertine cylinder is unique. Because the lamp body is cut from natural stone, the pattern of pores, veining, and tonal variation will differ from the photographs shown. The piece you receive will share the same warm beige character but will not be identical to any other piece — this uniqueness is part of the design.

Installation
- Flush installation — a licensed electrician is recommended.
- Mounts on a standard wall or ceiling junction box (no special adapter required).
- Can be installed as a wall sconce or surface-mounted ceiling spotlight — the orientation is up to you.
- Bulb not included. Use any standard E26 (North America) or E27 (Europe / UK / AU) bulb up to 25W.
- For dimming, install a dimmable bulb and a compatible TRIAC wall dimmer (sold separately).
- For dry indoor environments only (IP20). Not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use.
- Universal voltage (AC 110–240V) — works in North America, the EU, the UK, and AU.

Can it be used as a ceiling light? +
Yes — the same fixture works as a wall sconce or a surface-mounted ceiling spotlight. The head pivots on its brass knob, so you can aim the beam from either mounting orientation. A junction box is required in both cases.
Is a bulb included? +
No — bulbs are not included. The fixture uses a standard E26 socket (North America) or E27 socket (Europe / United Kingdom / AU). We recommend a warm white (3000K) LED bulb up to 25W for residential installations. The bulbs are user-replaceable.
Which color temperature should I choose? +
The color temperature is determined by the bulb you install, not the fixture. For bedrooms, living rooms, and art lighting, we recommend warm white (3000K). For work areas such as workshops or kitchen accents, neutral white (4000K) provides sharper, more focused light.
Is it dimmable? +
The fixture itself is not dimmable, but it becomes fully dimmable when paired with a dimmable LED bulb and a standard TRIAC wall dimmer. Both are sold separately and available from any lighting supplier.
Will my lamp look exactly like the photo? +
No two pieces of travertine are alike. The cylinder you receive will share the same warm beige tone and overall character as the photographs, but the specific veining, pore pattern, and tonal variation will be unique to your unit. This is inherent to natural stone — it is not a defect.
Where does it work best? +
Common installations include bedside reading lights, hallway accents, stair landings, and directional spotlights for artwork or feature walls. The compact 6.5 cm diameter and pivoting head make it suitable for accent lighting rather than general room illumination.
Can it be used outdoors or in a bathroom? +
No — this fixture is rated IP20 for dry indoor environments only. Travertine is also a porous natural stone and will absorb moisture over time if installed in a damp environment. For bathrooms or outdoor use, please choose a fixture with a suitably higher IP rating.
