- No wiring required. Mount to the wall using the included screws or adhesive. Confirm that the wall surface is suitable for adhesive mounting before use — tile and textured surfaces may require screw mounting.
- Charge the built-in battery using the included USB cable. Connect to any USB power source — power bank, laptop USB port, or USB wall adapter. A full charge provides up to 4 hours of illumination.
- Use the touch sensor on the fixture or the wireless remote to switch the lamp on/off, adjust brightness, and switch between 3000K, 4000K, and 6000K color temperatures.
- Set the timer function via the remote to switch the lamp off automatically after a set period — useful for bedside or night-light use.
- Clean the body and shade with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wet-clean or apply liquid cleaners directly to the acrylic diffuser. Do not expose it to prolonged moisture — rated IP20 for dry indoor use only.
- The integrated LED is not user-replaceable. If the LED fails, contact us for a warranty assessment.
Does it require wiring or an electrician?
No. LumenTrace is fully rechargeable — mount it to the wall with screws or adhesive and recharge it via the included USB cable. No junction box, wiring, or electrician is required. This makes it ideal for renters, rental spaces, and anywhere a hardwired installation is not possible.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
Up to 4 hours of illumination on a full charge. Charge it using the included USB cable connected to any USB power source — a power bank, laptop USB port, or USB wall adapter. Charging time will vary depending on the power source output. The lamp can be used while charging if the USB cable reaches.
Which size should I choose?
The 60 cm (23.6″) model works for a narrow wall panel, a single piece of artwork, or a bedside application. The 80 cm (31.5″) model suits a standard mirror or medium-sized artwork. The 100 cm (39.4″) model works for a wider vanity mirror or a two-piece artwork arrangement. The 120 cm (47.2″) model is the statement size — suited to a large bathroom mirror, a large art installation, or a hallway wall where a long linear light fills the space. All four sizes share the same 6 cm H × 12 cm D profile.
Can I select the color temperature?
Yes. The lamp offers three color temperatures selectable via the remote: 3000K warm white for relaxed ambient lighting, 4000K neutral white for balanced task lighting, and 6000K cool daylight for maximum brightness and clarity. Switch between them at any time using the remote or touch sensor.
Is it suitable for bathrooms?
LumenTrace is rated IP20 — suitable for dry indoor environments only. It is not waterproof and should not be installed inside a shower enclosure or in an area subject to direct water splashes. For a bathroom mirror application away from direct moisture (the dry zone), IP20 is generally acceptable — confirm with your local building code. Do not install within the splash zone of a shower or bathtub.
Can the LED be replaced?
No — the LED module is integrated and not user-replaceable. If the LED fails, contact us at hello@vakkerlight.com for a warranty assessment and replacement options.

What sizes is the Lumen Trace available in?+
