What is this lamp made of?

The shade is made of mulberry tree washi paper stretched over a metal frame with a bamboo structure. The base is made of iron.

Can I dim this lamp?

The lamp comes with an inline on/off push-button switch. A dimmer is available as a custom-order option—contact support@vakkerlight.com for details.

Where is the switch, and how long is the cord?

The switch is an inline push button on the 59.1-inch cord. The cord ends with a standard plug.

Which size should I choose for my space?

The Akari 10A (47.2 inches high) fits side tables and compact corners. The 14A slim (63.7 inches) fits narrow alcoves. The wide 14A (74.8 inches) anchors larger seating areas. The Large (74 inches) makes an impact in open rooms.

Will it work in the US with standard outlets?

Yes. It operates on AC 110–240V and comes with a US plug. US orders ship free to all 50 states.
