Internal spray texture when lit — a normal artistic feature, not a defect
For gradient or solid-color glass models, a specialized internal spraying technique is used to apply the finish. When lit, a fine mist-like texture from the spray pattern may be visible. This is a normal characteristic of the artistic manufacturing process.
Glass Color Note: The “White” glass shade in the Candied Glass series is a true artisan white. Please be aware that, due to the nature of hand-blown glass and professional studio photography, the shade may appear to have a mint or light green undertone in website images. For the most accurate color representation, please refer to our product videos or contact our customer support team for real-time photos.

Default color temperature: Warm White (3000K)
All standard orders are shipped in Warm White (3000K). If you need Neutral White (4000K) or Cool White (6000K), contact our support team before placing your order.
3000K — Warm and inviting ambience. 4000K — Balanced neutral white. 6000K — Bright, crisp cool white.

LED light sources are designed to last, with an exceptionally long service life under normal use. For additional peace of mind, we offer ongoing light-source support — should your LED ever fail, we will always be able to provide a compatible replacement, ensuring that your fixture continues to function for years to come. Does the glass show a mist-like texture when lit — is this normal?

Is it plug-in or hardwired?
Plug-in. A 150 cm cord with an inline push-button switch is included. No wiring is required.

Two heights: H130 cm (~20W) and H160 cm (~30W). Both have a diameter of ∅28 cm.

What are the two size options?+
Low: ∅28 cm × H130 cm (~20W). High: ∅28 cm × H160 cm (~30W). Choose based on your ceiling height and room scale. Both ship with a 150 cm plug-in cord.
Does it require wiring or installation?+
No. It is plug-and-play with a 150 cm cord and an inline push-button switch. Simply place it anywhere—no electrician is required.
What color options are available?+
Hand-blown Red or White glass. The default is Warm White (3000K). Artisan White may show subtle undertones in photos; see the product videos for an accurate color representation.
Is the mist-like texture inside the glass when lit a defect?+
No. This fine spray texture is a normal feature of the artistic hand-blown manufacturing process. Each piece is unique and one of a kind.
Can I customize the light's color temperature?+
Standard orders ship in 3000K Warm White. Neutral White (4000K) or Cool White (6000K) are available—contact our support team before ordering to arrange this.
