Inspired by 180 House, the Joni Arc is designed for rooms with space to breathe. A weighted sage-green metal base stays stable while a slender brown metal arm rises and curves overhead, carrying a single hand-blown amber glass sphere. When off, the glass appears warm honey; when lit, it emits a rich, golden yellow — a warm, saturated light that anchors a sofa, reading nook, or dining area without the need for an overhead fixture.

The Three-Tone Palette
The Joni Arc comes in one distinctive colorway. The samples below show the true tones — note that the glass is true amber and glows golden yellow when lit; it is not a clear neutral or tan.
Powder-coated metal base. Soft, grounded, and easy to live with.
The slender arched arm. Warm, minimal, skeletal.
Hand-blown glass sphere. A muted honey-amber tone when off; it glows a rich golden yellow when lit.
Glass color information. This is true amber glass, not a clear or neutral-tan sphere. When off, it appears warm honey; when lit, it glows a rich, golden yellow. The light it emits is notably warm and saturated — this is intentional, not a defect. Because screens, lighting, and the bulb you choose affect how the color appears, the illuminated glass may look more yellow in your room than in a catalog photo. If a warm golden-yellow glow isn’t right for your space, this isn’t the lamp for you — and we’d rather tell you before you order.

Bulb not included. Use a dimmable E26 or E27 LED bulb, 2700K warm white, 6–9 W. A globe-shaped bulb (G25 / G95) fits best inside the spherical shade. The amber glass already adds a strong golden-yellow cast, so a 2700K warm white bulb provides the most balanced result — avoid cool white bulbs (they contrast with the amber) and colored bulbs (the glass intensifies them).
Installation
- Plug-in — no wiring or electrician required. Plugs into any standard wall outlet.
- Simple assembly: attach the arched arm to the base, install the bulb, and place the lamp on a flat, stable surface.
- For dimming, pair a dimmable LED bulb with an in-line TRIAC dimmer cord or a smart plug that supports dimming.
- Confirm that the 45 cm clearance leaves any adjacent furniture unobstructed before turning it on.
FAQ
What color is the glass, exactly? +
It is true amber glass. When off, it appears like warm honey or tea. When lit, it glows a rich golden yellow — a warm, fairly saturated light, not a pale or neutral tone. The color you see in our lit photos and walkthrough video is what you can expect; if you want a clear, white, or lightly tinted globe, this is not the right lamp.
Is the lamp dimmable? +
Yes. Pair a dimmable E26 or E27 LED bulb with an in-line TRIAC dimmer cord, or connect the lamp to a smart outlet that supports dimming. A wall dimmer is not necessary, since the lamp plugs in. Lowering the intensity softens the golden yellow into a deeper, more inviting glow.
Which bulb do you recommend? +
A dimmable 2700K warm-white LED bulb, 6–9 W, with an E26 or E27 base. A globe-shaped bulb (G25 or G95) fits perfectly inside the spherical shade. Since the amber glass already pushes the light toward golden yellow, stick with warm white — cool-white bulbs contrast with the amber, while colored bulbs are intensified by it.
Will the glass make the light look yellow? +
Yes — clearly. The amber glass emits a warm golden-yellow glow, and this effect is stronger once the lamp is switched on. This is the intended character of the piece. If your room favors cool or neutral light, the warm yellow reflection may not suit it, so please take this into account before ordering.
Which outlet does it plug into? +
The lamp comes with a 59″ (150 cm) power cord terminated for your region — US Type A (110–120 V), or an EU / UK / AU plug at 220–240 V, as applicable. Confirm your region at checkout.
Is the base stable with the arc extending so far? +
Yes — the base is intentionally weighted to counterbalance the arc’s 45 cm horizontal reach. Place it on level floors. In high-traffic rooms, or in homes with small children and pets, we still recommend positioning the lamp where the arc will not be bumped.
