2. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged item, you can email support@ateasehomelife.com within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear photos of the damage. Broken glass or lampshades or dented frames are not considered defective items and cannot be returned. In this case, we will provide a new replacement of the glass or lampshades at no additional cost. If you do not accept the exchange and wish to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. You arrange the return shipping yourself and shipping costs are your responsibility. After our confirmation, you will receive a refund (excluding express shipping costs).
